Nachdem der sogenannte Islamische Staat (IS) 2015 aus der nordsyrischen Stadt Kobane vertrieben werden konnte, muss der Grossteil der Stadt neu aufgebaut werden. Noch immer gibt es nicht genügen Schulen, um den Unterricht sicherzustellen. Deshalb unterstützt «Perspektiven Bauen - Solidarität mit Rojava» das Projekt «Schule für Kobane». Nachwievor sind die finanziellen Mittel nicht vollumfänglich gesichert. Deshalb findet am 25. März 2018 in der Brasserie Lorraine ein Soli-Lotto statt. Alle Einnahmen gehen direkt an den Bau der Schule.
